I want to build my house on around 2-5 acres of land. What is the best province/ city for this type of living? I don't want to be completely isolated, I would like to have some neighbours. I also want a homestead so I am not sure which climate is best to handle this? Which province is the best in terms of price

Hello!

I'm not an expert, just heard opinions. Some people talk about Manitoba as the province with comparatively affordable land.

What about the weather, well, it is also comparatively nice. The average temperature of January is -16.4 °C (3 °F), and of July is 19.7 °C (67 °F).

Best of luck!
