I'm planning to visit Istanbul in December and need to know how it is like there during December. What are the holidays and if private/gov offices working during this month of the holiday season?

Hey Sern, hope you're doing good. December is a bit cold in Istanbul but you can enjoy many points and yes govt offices work according. If you wanna know other details you can ask me.

Thank you for your reply. As I'm looking into applying for the TRC mid-December, therefore, need to know that I won't be "stuck" into the process due to any long holidays that usually come towards the end of December/New Year.

Thanks to Coronavirus situation everything is uncertain though.

SARN, we have to adjust with this corona virus disease but all the offices are running. You're coming just for applying TRC or you wanna settle here.
