With planned operations in multiple West African Countries (Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Togo and Benin), what's the best way to cross borders while driving?  In other words, does the plate of a specific country give you an easier pass in other countries or you have to arrange for transportation in each country which can be very costly?
Your input is highly valued.

Hello,

The easiest and cheapest is to make an agreement with a local carrier. You as a foreigner, it will cost you a lot more and take you longer ...

Even if you have a driver's license and a resident card, the customs / police will immediately see that you are not from the region.

thanks
