This should be posted in English.

It is asking for seasonal work for 2021.

The thing is that to get a work visa one from outside the EU needs education and skilled work experience to get a job and a visa. Most seasonal work will be in agriculture or say selling on a Christmas market. But these are unskilled jobs and someone from Sri Lanka will not get a visa. There are enough EU people from Eastern Europe or locals to fill such jobs. Plus with the Covid situation, one cannot foresee who will be able to come from outside of the EU even if they would theoretically be eligible for a visa.

Thanks you
