In this situation you can't go back without iqama. If you want go you have to make complaint on your company or sponsor. But it will take almost 6 months.but it will be Defficult for you.. If you have money and skill you can go head.Another option you can find another sponser you can work under them. Your current sponsor cannot do anything on you..
If you want more details contact my whatsapp *** i am not a advisor..

You can try to make a complaint through the right channels(ministry of labor) provide the proof of your emergency in order to request a quick process ,

however if you find that the process will take too long(through the court dates they will give you) you are eligible to transfer to another sponsor without the permission of your current sponsor.

Do that , renew your Iqama and exit the country then come back for your court dates.

Please note that I am not advising you to take it to court or to wait , usually the best way is to solve your issue in a friendly way but that is not always the case.

You need to be the judge of the best course of action.
