Dear all please guide me about ESB (End of Service Benefit)

I am working in a company past 4 years, last week I am submitted my resignation letter and inform the company of my sponsorship transfer. but my company not willing to pay my ESB.

they are saying none of the companies paying ESB, are changing their sponsorship.

can anybody explain to me how I can get my ESB.

This is your right to get ESB, they are playing with you. You have to fight with your company or else go to labour court. Ask your company that you are going to labour court for that
