It can not be cancelled, it only can be updated to permanent membership and at the end of this temporary membership, you will have to upload the attested documents of your education.

But already i changed profession non technical to my iqama    Still i need to upload documents?

What is the profession?
Go to SCE office and show them your new iqama.
They will cancel your subscription.

if your documents are genuine then no problem,it automatically cancel after time and otherwise you have to cancel it.
