New born baby ,mother on visit visa sponsored by father in law.

Hello,
I was on stay here through visit visa sponsored by my father, during my stay my husband(back home) got a job here in thr kingdom and came to work here. We started expecting and have now delivered while i was still on visit..My query is that for the procedure of the new born baby passport the ahwal madni are asking for verification from court:s..the marriage certificate is already attested by mofa. But now they are asking for court verification as well. For what reason i dont know and neither are they telling us. Is it because i was here on visit visa through my father ?. Does any1 know what procedure there is for such a case to get baby passport

Pakistani. The procedure has moved on..inshALLAH i will update once its completed.
