The only way for you to come to the US to study is to be an exchange student (maximum one year, inexpensive) or to attend a private academy (two or more years, expensive).
Good morning,
Please I have admission for masters program in Tennessee university. Please I need information and help on the Accommodation in Tennessee, flight to USA and other help.

Hi everyone,
I just joined the group and so excited to start this new journey.
My name is Thehshanya, born and raised in South Africa. Last year (2020) I worked as an au pair for a family in California, OC. While working I was and still am completing a master of science in I/O Psychology through an online university that is based in California.
I returned to South Africa this year in January because my visa had expired and I did not want to do another year of au pairing, and instead decided it would be best to come home, complete my masters and start on my expat journey.
I absolutely fell head over hills in love with California. It literally became my home away from home.
I am doing everything I can to try and get back to Cali but it has been so difficult. I need some guidance please.
I know that in order for me to work I would need an employer to sponsor me, and that has been so tough.
I would also like to know if a non relative whom is a USA citizen can sponsor me?
Please please please help me

Hello, everyone Daise here, it's my pleasure to be a part of your community Thank you,
Hi all. I'm Lana, a real estate agent from Randburg RSA. My 20 year old daughter and I are starting to investigate the possibility of immigration to USA. We've pin pointed Los Angeles Northern suburbs because of the beautiful rolling hills and the "no freeze" weather. So far, I'm partial to Santa Clarita... but we'll see where the oportunities take us.
I am looking for work in real estate, being twice qualified in SA, having had my own small business for four years and having on-off property experience in all sectors for 30 years... and my daughter Jes is looking for study options, she has 5 distinctions - none of which are maths... and part time work possibly in modelling - check out my pics. We also have to fur babies looking forward to hiking in the hills - they would need immigrating with us.
I have no idea where to begin, or what questions to ask... any advice will be much appreciated.
I am needy how do I get financial aid

It's not easy to immigrate to the US. Tens of thousand people try to do that every year, only a tiny fraction of them achieve their wish.
Putting the immigration aside, becoming a RE agent in CA is neither easy nor inexpensive. Your experience and qualification in SA do not make any difference in the requirements to obtain a RE license.
Here's something for you to peruse. The first link is the official information from CA Dept of Real Estate for out-of-state applicants. The second link is the general requirements from a private RE school.

You'll need to contact the university for help with accommodation, visa, and flight arrangement. The first and second may be part of your scholarship or grant, but the flight is more than likely your responsibility in whole.
BTW, when you said "Tennessee University", do you mean University of Tennessee (UT), or Tennessee State University (TSU), or Tennessee Tech?
Hi Kzman,
I'm also new here, i belongs to San Diego, USA, looking for an online family like you, best wishes for you.
Hello Expats!
Currently, residing US mainland with eyes focused on a Puerto Rico arrival during Q4 . There will be a four legged creature tagging along. My goal is to abolish my gringo-ways. Its appalling being Puerto Rican with only few Spanish words under my belt. Yes, Im starting my Pimsleur now. Humiliation runs amok.
I did expat to Thailand during the Tsunami. I lived there for almost 3 years.
Looking forward to networking with all.

Your comment would receive more responses if you repost it in the Philippines forum, or more specifically, in the Cebu forum.

Perhaps you would like to repost your comment in the Puerto Rico forum where expats in PR can share your sentiment.

Hello everyone, I'm from United States. I'm new in this forum and I'm very glad to join this community. I will try my best for sharing information about my experience.
Hello there everyone,
My name is Salman and I am a 25 and a half years old. I am Saudi from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦. I am a Cybersecurity, EX-Saudia Airlines Intern, Certified from America. I have lived in America for 8 years straight up since high school days then graduated then went to college then had my training and I just came back to my country Saudi in 2019, so I stayed there from 2011. I am single never been married. I wanna move to America actually like for everything that includes living, working. I have my bachelors degree already and I am already certified and I had my internship with Saudia Airlines as I also have my certification from them and from Cisco networking company as I worked with Cisco networking as a part of my bachelors degree. I am looking to meet people and make more friends in America as I am also looking for my career there as I am looking for a sponsorship of course. I have lived in Washington DC, but I also visited Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington state, New York, California almost the whole state, and maybe few but I forgot haha. I am an open book, feel free to message me ( DM ). I have all my friends and people there and I know America very well as they say every block and I spent most of my type there since 2011, but I am currently back in my country Saudi for few work to get done this year only then I am planing to come for good inshallah. I speak English ( perfect ) Arabic ( perfect ). I have worked as a computer engineer, pentester, and my internship.
In Pennsylvania now and trying desperately to move but stuck here because covid is still out there. Need to go south or southwest or California. In the East I prefer Florida but initially the best we may be able to do is Virginia Beach because we may not be able to make the trip directly to Florida. We are a household of 3 disabled family members. I am Sherry with unstable spine with mixed spine problems, depression and anxiety. My husband is John with overweight and lethargy from unknown origin and a candidate for shoulder replacement. My mom Flo is in great shape for her age but has a ligament problem in a knee and multiple spine problems. This gives an idea of our disabilities, but I must get out of the North somehow. Hope to make some friends here and get info for now about Virginia Beach and Florida. Will need to rent at first. Mom and I had been to St. Augustine Florida in the early 1960s and we rode through Virginia Beach twice. We liked the vibes of both areas.
