Hello to you all,
I would like to seek your help because i can't seem to find the answer anywhere.. 
My husband, french nationality, and myself (mauritian) wish to set up a business in mauritius.
However i can't seem to find which permit he should apply to?
Is he eligible to a permanent residence permit or a resident permit?
Given that the business will be in both of our names (SARL - domestic ltd) i don't know if he shall still do it like an investor?
