Employer change within Belgium for a Permit H(EU blue card) holder

Post new topic

Hello All..

I tried searching for a relevant post but could not find this and hoping someone would be able to help. I am a EU blue card holder and was issued in Belgium. I also work in Belgium.  Are there any special reuqirement if I need to switch to another employer in Belgium. I heard that if its another EU country then I should have worked 18months? But not sure how it is when the new employer is in Belgium.

Also is this a complicated procedure? If someone could help inform me the procedure in case I have to change the employer? Is this something the employer takes care of or ?

Thanks

Hello,

Curious if you could manage to change your employer and carry with the same Blue card?

Thanks!
