URGENT: Any help with NPRA?

Dear Forum Members,

Circumstances:
- I have applied for the University of Bahrain, CSB took exactly 6 months and 1 week.
- Applied for: Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering
- I got an offer on 06.01.2021 from UoB Human Resources
- I accepted the offer on 07.01.2021, sent it back with a bunch of attachments as per requested.
- I got the Medical Checkup Requirement Form on 10.01.2021 from UoB Human Resources.
- I sent the Medical Checkup Requirement Form back to HR on 12.01.2021 with a bunch of attachments as per requested.
- I am a Turkish Citizen and am entitled to VoA (Visa on Arrival).
- I have NOT got the Work Visa YET.
- I have learned from the Forum that UoB has actually a direct line with NPRA and my application does not go through LMRA, thus no infos can be obtained via LMRA's online tracking system.

Problem:
- The ability to travel is extremely restricted in my region. The Ports open 4 days every 2 months.
- Next Port Opening is scheduled to be 01.02.2021.
- I am in dire need of the Work Visa, to avoid another port closure and wait for 2 months. The semester starts tomorrow, with actual classes starting on 07.02.2021.

Thus, Any - LITERALLY ANY! - help is appreciated.
