EP takes longer than usual

Hi all,

My EP application to Singapore from Malaysia start on 28 October 2020 and until now still havent get approval its been more than 3 monthts.

Do anyone get this kind of issue especially during this COVID19 situation?

No reply from MoM, its just pending, do they really leave it pending for long?

Which industry are you in, and did your company talk to MoM about it?

So far it seems that a lot of EP applications are pending. I know there is one pending since Oct 2020 too.

MOM will not reply to you (only rarely I have seen MOM replying to candidate). You can ask your Employer to check with MOM.

im in IT industry not sure why pending so long and even the HR dont want to rush it

Ya they check couple of times but no response from MOM. they do say they can keep rushing it cz it will break their relationship with MOM, im not sure if this is true.
