And I'm really worried that if my name was banned from MOM.

Because normally every work pernit renewal is for 2 years. Now they gave only 6 months

I heard MoM does extend work pass for short term like 1yr in many cases. So, 6 months could be part of their assessment. It has nothing to do with political instability at your home country.

What do you mean that you will appeal? Your work pass approved for short term then only thing your employer will do that to apply for renewal again near to its expiry.

Above I addressed my renewal of work permit rejection.
After I appeal I got only 3 months renewal and now my HR said MOM doesn't allow for second appeal.
I am so panic that why I cannot get renewal and MOM doesn't give any reason of rejection.
My workpermit is going to be expired on end of May.
Am I still able to try for new job?
Is it that I was banned to get a work permit in Singapore from now on?
Worldwide, I don't have any criminal records.
I'm working at health care sector.
I got to know about another 2 Spass holder Myanmar Nurses from my company, they also only got one year renewal.
Please kindly give me your opinions that can I still try to get a working permit in singapore?

Well, you got a renewal (although shorter than you would have liked). So you are obviously not banned.
Your employer should contact MoM and try to find out what the reason is for giving you only a short extension.
(By the way: You say above that you got six months, now you say three months. Which one is correct? We can only give you good advice if you tell us everything correctly.)

MOM said they will give under 6 months first, but when I received the letter there was only 3 months.
That's why I'm also confusing Beppi.
One thing is I'm a lower rank pass holder so my employer also can directly interact with MOM.
I'm just getting the information via my HR.
HR said MOM wasn't given the reason to them too.
I am trying to find jobs on indeed website, but although there are many Nursing Aide jobs but the way they addressed for required level are only for Singaporean and PR only and some jobs must apply via my career future link which Singaporean and PR only able to use.
Currently I am working at elderly day care and what I heard is MOM only want Singaporean workers to work in day care.
Is it true?
So it could be the reason of my work permit rejection?

Well, I am afraid we cannot help any further then.
Of course the authorities want to reserve jobs for locals - if there are any suitable ones.
Be glad you can still stay in Singapore for now - and hope that there i still a shortage of local nurses when you need to renew your pass next.

Last week only HR told me, they could not renew my workpermit anymore.
MOM even doesn't allow for second appeal.
So I need to go back during first week of June via relief flight.
I'm afraid and feeling worried accordingly to my country situation is very bad right now.
Now at Myanmar Yangon Airport,  the Military soldiers and polices are controlling in everything.
I heard some Myanmar citizens on arrival, soldiers are checking amount of many they brought and also asking money from them.  They are shooting anyhow ,anywhere and anybody if they want to.

This afternoon I received a call from MOM related to my requested email to them on past few days.
I think  the person who I spoken was likely an authorised person from controller of work pass devision due to she told me details of my work permit rejection date, appealed date and my workpermit expired date of 3 months renewal.

She said MOM gave me 3 months renewal means my application was under highly consideration.
So she would like to suggest me to tell my employer to appeal for me again during first week of May.

I told her what my HR said during last week that they even cannot click to appeal button which under my application  in the corepass, so it means MOM doesn't allow for second appeal.

And she said " ofc even though we cannot be granted your application will be surely successful but just to inform your employer to send an appeal letter again during first week of May as your name was under highly consideration.

Now my confusion is actually I already found a new job Yesterday at another Nursing Home and my documents are in process to apply a work permit for me.

I would like to know it will be another problem if my current employer is appealing my current work permit and another company also applying my workpermit at the same time?

Please kindly suggest me what will be the appropriate way for my case.

You can only have one ongoing application at MoM, so you have to decide whether you prefer to appeal the first or apply the second pass.

I would like to know something above my case.
My new employer submitted to MOH first for approval and they will apply my workpermit to MOM if I get approval from MOH.
I'm just worried that my current work permit is going to be expired on 2 June,  and if my new work permit status outcome hasn't come yet , can I apply for special pass?
If can apply my new employer is the one who need to apply for me or i need help frommy ex employer to apply?
And another thing, I am so panic, if I got something complaint from someone to MOM, does MOM just takes record anyhow without finding out whether it's true or not OR they will investigate directly with me whether the complaint matter is true or not?
I'm sure myself that I didn't have any police investigation or problem here but I'm just worried that someone did dirty play and made complaint something about me to MOM.

After cancellation of an EP or S-Pass, a 30-days SVP is automatically issued. I assume it is the same for WP, but to be sure please ask your old employer!
MoM will only take complaints with proof. So you have nothing to worry if you are clean.

For wp holder, must leave from sg during one week after cancellation of work permit otherwise its considered overstay.

I can feel for you and your anxiety have you tried to request/ get a face to face appointment anytime from MOM to explain your situation and clear up anything pending. I pray that your stress gets reduced and issue resolved
