Applying s pass

My agent told me that he has applied s pass.but i heard that s pass must have any diploma or certificate.so my question is that i am now on training work permit pass and i have not get the diploma and hospitality certificate from my college which i have studied in singapore and still left 9 days to finish my training in singapore.
Then my agent asked me the passport and the standard 10 and 12 marksheet and he didn’t ask for my twp pass that mean he doesn’t need my singapore ic and the company can apply for me s pass through my indian school marksheet.

So what’s your question here? Your agent does need your passport and certificates soft copies only along with your existing Singapore identification number and it’s soft copy to apply work pass online. He then can mention your diploma certificate is pending to issue and details about it.

If you have any questions then you should speak to your agent. Don’t pay any money to your agent if they ask for. Good luck

They can submit an application, but it will be assessed without the diploma (as MoM cannot be sure you actually get it). If the diploma is needed to get the S-Pass, it will be rejected.
