Finding permanent work and working experience in the UK

Afternoon

We have immigrated to the UK in October last year, even though it's covid we have managed to see the area and got to do many outdoor activities. However, finding permanent work is a challenge as the reports back from interview state no working experience in the UK and with so many looking for work they would prefer to take experienced ones. Hence how can I can experience if not given chance.
Work experience is that of an accounts assistant or bookkeeper.
Any advise?

Hi

Have you tried to work from home? Employer saying you don't have experience in the UK is a bit harsh, you can still be quickly formed on the job you will occupy. I mean you still know your job.
I would say try to work from home as a lot of company must choose this option because of the Covid19.
