Tourist beach for build business

Hello i look for rent land and build hotel. I saw alona beach very touristic but price incredible, for rent land i saw 770k pesos per month... ... too much Can you say the 10 top touristic place beach in Philipines? i know boracay also. thanks

One must be careful when investing in this type of business, for some reason it is not easy to obtain a permit to open a resort, there are two I know of near me that have been completed 5 years ago but not yet open, I ask what is the problem and was told not able to obtain a permit, both of these resorts are owned by Filipinos, and are very nice, there must be something keeping the number of resorts at a certain level, so beware make sure all permits can be obtained before you invest

Seems like that slippery slope might be cured with ample supply of grease in the right places.
