Hello everyone, You must have heard about the changes happening in the labor market in Saudi. i am posting here after I have read some details. below is stated considering that you already know about Mudad and Qiwa. If you haven't, then i recommend you google it as all the information below is related to these two systems. 1) Starting with Qiwa, every employee will require to register (just like Absher). The website for registration is www. qiwa. sa/en/ 2) employer will first upload current contracts of all employees in Mudad portal 3) Employer shall also meet other terms like 80% performance in wage protection system for the last 3 months Profile can be created using your current Resident permit and your details will reflect automatically in system. once done, your employment status in the system will be displayed as "unemployed". Perhaps, its because contract is not uploaded yet (it is unclear) Once all the above steps are complete only then employees will be able to use the new features of exit re-entry etc. if someone has any information pls let us know.

Hi,

My current employer said me about transfer through Qiwa I am tried to transfer through Qiwa in the last 2 days but the problem is ther is no data available of mine and the Qiwa profile shown me unemployed and there is no data available about my current Company/Sponsor

In that case what we can do ?

Can we transfer without current employer approval?

Can we get transfer without Qiwa portal ??

What is your company?

What is your job?

If your company is a manpower supply company then you can not get the transfer. If you belong to some small establishment then your current kafeel has to fix the Qiwa problem.

You can not get the transfer without Qiwa.

And the current employer saying we checked multiple time there is no issue.

And the second thing that I am Done my 1 year contract and other thing iqama expired and also pending salaries more then three.

Yes I know that I can get transfer without current employer permission

In thise case what should I do if they create problems in my Qiwa profile which mean I can't get transfe through Qiwa platform.

What's the legal process to solve thise ??

You can not do anything about it. That Qiwa or absher system of the company belongs to the Kafeel. You can not do anything against him/her for this.

Ask your new employer to visit jawazat if they can do something to get your transfer without Qiwa.

All the terms and conditions for local transfer of sponsorship without current employer approval are met, however, there is no indication from your post that there is new employer ready to upload job contract for you acceptance in Qiwa platform.

There are two entity involve to complete the employee online transfer of sponsorship. The new employer, and employee (you).

The process is simple. New employer upload job contract in Qiwa. Employee should accept contract within 10 days. New employer process iqama transfer. You are done.

I have been working here as military for last 1 year but my qiwa showing unemployed .why is this so ? Is this the reason that iqama of my dependent is not transferable so this is showing unemployed ? Kindly reply whoever has useful information.whta should I do to make it employed status
