I was denied family reunion visa on 8th February 2021, reason they gave me was that we married too fast, we didn't have big wedding party and also that our age difference and my work too, which we explained all well in our interview, what can you advise me to do, I reapply or and if I do what are my chances?

There must be something in your statements and those of your husband that made the administration consider your marriage to be in the gray category. Check in with your partner and repeat the procedure.
May be you should reapply and add extra info or documents too. Age shouldn't be a reason. I have seen couples with a huge age difference and still got accepted.
