Hi i would like to ask. My spass rejected lastweek due to no quota, but my employer want to make an appeal, cause they already hired 1 more local to join our company to fulfill the quota  but she only started last feb. U think if they appeal it on may which is also the expiry month of my spass , its there any high chance to approve it? Or should i just find new opportunity?

Im so worried about this.

Any one can help me?

If the company creates a space for you in their quota (and that was the only rejection reason), you have a chance.
Or what is your question?

My question is once they add 1 more person in our company do you think my spass can approve already or it will rejected also? Btw this one for renew application

I do not know the allowed quota for your company and how many local/foreign employees they already have.
If you have this information, you can calculate it here:
https://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permi … quirements
Or you ask your employer. There is no point in appealing if the quota is full.

What if he hired another person to fulfill the quota and he appeal the spass permit. Do u think MOM will approve / accept it? ☹️

If one additional local employee is enough to open a slot for an S-Pass, then this might work.
Here are the quota for the various sectors, from MoM's webpage:

Under the existing quota, the number of S Pass holders your company can hire is capped at:
10% of the company’s total workforce in the services sector.
    20% in the manufacturing sector.
    18% in all other sectors.

Cause they checked the quota using the quota calculator we only need 1 more local fo fulfill the quota. Then i asked my boss if it will work he said he dont know. I dont know if i will still continue it or not as i also have already another job offer and that company has a higher quota ☹️ But i like my old workplace im just scared since my spass is going to expired nextmonth and the new staff is just employed last feb the cpf needs to reflect by the 3rd month. I feel that we got no time already

Any advice? ☹️ I feel its too risky

You decide which risks you want to take.
