Post new topic

GiulsPrr

Hi everyone,

I am Giuls and I have been asked from my future employee (building contractor) in Nairobi to suggest my expected salary.
I am an italian architect with 6 years of experience in Germany and 2 Masters Desgrees.
It is quite difficult for me to understand costs of life, health insurance and taxes over there.
Can someone help?
Thanks :)

Hey. My advice, just negotiate on your net salary (take home). Let your employer add all other costs such as taxes, insurances, house allowance et al. I hope this helps

Thanks, sure this helps! I will do it that way and I think I am going to ask for a standard net international salary since life in Nairobi seems quite expensive!
