Marriage question about Sri Lankan man

Hello sir I just want to ask if there is possible with marrying a Sri Lankan man which is I am a single mom but I was not married yet..I meet him trough social media and we’ve been almost a year now..I was older than him like he was 27 and I am 35 and we’re not meet yet..I’ve never been meet his parents because he was telling me that it is better to meet them personally when I go there in there country I was little bet upset about that because I want to meet his parents through chats so they will know about me before hand..his family is amazing and educated and I was afraid that somehow they will find out that I am older than him and I was having a child...thanks

Hi,

I understand it is a difficult situation for you. If a person loves you, then they should not put you under pressure to come to Sri Lanka and meet his parents first. I think it is a good idea to speak with them on social media.
How do you know his family is amazing and educated if you have not met them or spoken to them yet. ?
The age difference is nothing to be ashamed of. If he loves you truly, it is up to him to explain that to his parents about your child not you.

Hi. Most Sri Lankans are close minded. But sometimes you can find some really good people too. They think of race, religion and all that you can imagine. I can show you a nice picture. But better to know all what will matter. I might be able to help if I know more details.
