Cost saving tips for ewa

Hi

I've just moved into an apartment and only have a small ewa allowance a month. I'm working from home at the moment so I will appreciate any tips on how to reduce ewa bills. The apartment manager said to keep water heater turned on but surely that's going to cost alot?

EWA website has quite a lot of energy savings tips. Biggest expenditures are usually AC followed by appliances.
