Hello to all!
I changed employer and my work permit also residence permit. I got visa from my old residence permit which is valid until October 2021.
My question is:
Can I apply for residence card in City Hall with my old Visa D (valid until October 2021, my new residence permit and new work permit?
Thank you.

Question is not clear.
Was your new permit approved?
If yes inform the commune, they will just link the new permit to your existing residence permit. Then you need to renew your residence permit around beginning of September.
Once you are registered in Belgium your D visa on passport is irrelevant, in your case serves just to register you at the commune.

My new work permit and single permit are aproved. But my Visa belong to my old residence permit, wich is valid until october 2021. I am not registered in comune yet.
These days I am going to make an appointment in Comune to register.
Can I register to the comune with my new residence permit and my old Visa D (valid unitl october 2021)?

If you have all the documents in order, and a copy of your work contract, you can register without problem.
