Hello, Sorry to disappoint you but you cannot do it according to the Swedish Migration Agency, five years is the minimum for non EU residents, here you can read it by yourself https://www.migrationsverket.se/English … dents.html All the best!

Hello there!

If you envision yourself to be in Europe or any other country for a long term (leading to permanent residence or citizenship), I would recommend you to not get caught up in any short term gains and play by the book.

But adding on, technically "you can come here and look for a job" but you need to make sure that your employer will file for a new visa. Your Czech visa will not be very helpful in having a legal employment. Czech visa will only allow you to be Sweden for an interview or physically present to meet potential employers. In Sweden you'll need the registration from Swedish Tax Authority for receiving your salary and benefits and that will depend on your swedish visa.
EU citizens can easily move around and look for jobs but it's not same for non EU nationals who are just residents in respective countries.
