Abandoned of employer

Good evening Sir, I received hard copy email from our Camp Boss it mentioned that I need to vacate my accommodation on Saturday and I will find my house or accommodation.

Supposedly, I requested for transfer of new sponsorship and I already accepted there request through QIWA Platform but after 3 days I received final exit visa from my current employer. 3 times I talked to our HR manager to cancel and give me a freedom and even this is my gift during this Ramadan but I am unlucky because they aren't allowed.

Anyway this is only my question?

1. My transfer request through QIWA Platform still not approve from my current employer.
2. My issued final exit visa from my current employer still not cancel.
3. My passport and benefits still not return and settled.
4. As per our contract the employer the responsible of employee until sending to the airport if they send me back my origin native..

Please your helpful advise is highly appreciated.

Do not ask for freedom.
Ask them to cancel it and that you will work with them.

Good morning Sir,

Three times I confronted my HR Manager and superintendent to ask the cancellation of my final exit visa and approve the qiwa request, but the answer THE MANAGEMENT THEY WILL NOT GIVE RELEASE OR TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COMPANY...

Three times also they are sending my new contract with them but I didn't accept because no increment even single halala, and the offer of my new sponsorship 350% compared in my current employer.

However, I have no choice I will go back to my origin native and I will start from the beginning to apply in agencies and return back here in KSA once I receive new working visa from my employer.

That's rude from them.
Actually there is 2 months time limit for exit after they put the final exit.
Ask them to hand you over your benefits/dues and passport and then you will leave.
Otherwise, you will go to the labour court.
Ask them nicely once and if they don't then tell them that you will go to the court for getting passport and other things.
