Pay ENFIA online through bank account is Spain or France

I will be purchasing a house in Athens Greece. I am a Greek national living abroad with AFM. I understand that you pay ENFIA thru online banking however I would like to use a current bank account in a european bank maybe in Spain or France. Can I do that?

I see on line the following...Log into the WWW.aade.gr website with your user name and password,then follow instructions/directions on screen under the "personalised information" menu to make your dues appear and select payment by card,credit or debit.it says its the Taxisnet platform.Its in Greek so you must translate. or let TaxBlock.gr do it for you,they charge.My husband pays by ebanking but he is here in Greece.
