Am not familiar with Harley Street,but I can put you in contact with someone there if you want.

However, Clinique du St Esprit has a very good reputation; and the doctors there are very caring and professional. That's my personal recommendation.

Yes there is a good fertility center at floreal by clinic darne. It is on a private basis.
