Visiting the UK with non EU spouse

Post new topic

Gozo Tony

As I understand it, a Non EU spouse can visit the UK, up until June of this year with a free Family permit. However, after this date I think that the Non EU spouse will be required to obtain a Visit Visa, at a cost of 95 GB pounds, as well as having to attend an interview, possibly in a different country. Can anyone advise me regarding this.

Thank you in advance

As, at the moment travel to and from the UK is banned except for essential purposes, that would seem to be a non starter anyway. Although that may be eased soon, I think you might do better asking on a UK forum or website as the information is more likely to be forthcoming than on the Malta forum as very little post Brexit travel has taken place here since March last year.
