hi, my husband have been offered a job in new york, we would like to find out how it is for other south african families living in new york. We have a daughter of 16, and baby of 5 months.

Hi d3venter, I want to move to New York, can anyone assist/ guide/ point me in the direction. Its been a life long dream...

New York is a blast and it is very diversified. it is a cultural center and I have been there so I know you would be happy there and well accepted. there are several communities. are you going to be working in the city itself? if so, will you live in the City are in the outlying suburbs? either way you should be just fine.
