Why my contact has expired

I have a similar issue.
Can someone help me hear?

My new employer sent the transfer request on the 12/07/2021 and my current employer approved it on the 14/07/2021.
The status after the approval was, "pending completing transfer in Absher by new employer.
I called my new employer but he said there's no details showing in the Muqeem.
He told me that he has contacted Qiwa and was told it's a system issue and it will take a little time.
Just today on the 30/07/2021, I checked my Qiwa and the status is, "Expired because of not completing the request by new employer".

This is less than 24 days after the approval.

Can someone help, please?

Many people are facing many technical difficulties in Qiwa. Try to contact with the Qiwa support team.
They will say they will forward to the concerned team. Hope they will clear the issue.

Brother I have same issue status after approved was pending completing transfer in Absheer by new employer my request was approved on 7th October 2021 and today the 22nd October status showing cancelled (No Response) 15 days only have passed l, plz help.

Yes, it's expired because the new employer didn't initiate the transfer process within 14 days.

There are reasons for the new employer's failure to complete the transfer.

1. Maybe they didn't initiate the transfer
2. Or they did but had challenges of not finding your contract details in their Muqeem or Absher business. ( This could also be a technical challenges with the MOI or your passport is expired)

If it's none of the reasons above, inform the new employer to send the request again. Accept it and after the approval from the current employer, tell the new employer to initiate the transfer ASAP

I thought the period was 24days for the new employer to initiate the transfer, didnt know it was 14 days only, anyways thanks for the information.

It's 14 days bro, after which it will expired if there's no initiative

New employer is saying he has sent again, but i am not receiving.
Is there any need of cancel of first/ earlier request that has already expired by New employer and then send again.

It is already 15 days  - status is same  in Qiwa shows Pending completing transfer in Absher by new Employer.

When the status will be updated to Expired or auto Cancelled.

Can some share and guide.

Same isseue with me i have accepted the contract on Qiwa and not willing to join the new employer and found some other good employer.. how long does it take to get auto cancelled in order to receive a new request from the other good company .

Please help me out regarding this i have already passes 13 days after the acceptance of the contract.
