Hello Barrie, There are many immigration lawyers in SL just google for them. On the other hand you don't necessarily need a lawyer or an agent to arrange your retirement visa in SL on the contrary to some other countries. All the requirements you should have and how you should proceed etc. you find all that here http://www.immigration.gov.lk/web/index … mp;lang=en
