I got my pass renewed last October 2020, but I haven’t signed any contract on my 2nd term, I recently got an offer from another company and all terms are way better... so I would like to resign already however I’m not sure with how long my notice period would be... my 1st contact got me bound on a 3month-notice... but since now I’m on my supposedly 2nd contract which I haven’t signed anything yet... should I follow the notice period on my previous contract or should I follow MOM's notice period guideline of 2 weeks notice for serving 2-5years, or will giving a 30day notice enough? PLEASE HELP

These things are up to employer and employee to agree on, normally written down in a signed contract. So you could ask your employer and find an agreement.
If your employment was extended, when the old contract expired, with the same conditions as before (e.g. salary), then I would also expect the notice period to remain unchanged.

Oh okay I see... I just checked again my last contract, it was worded that the condition is effective for the span of my contract which is 2 years.....

there were changes from the default setup, I had a bit of increment with my salary and given alternate saturdays off

Since my first contract has expired, and I haven’t signed for a second contract.... i’m just wondering with the notice period because it’s already like past 8 months since I renewed...

I don’t want to burn any bridges with them but they’re really hard to talk to, they hate confrontations even if I tried.....so I guess out of respect since 2 weeks seems short for them, I’ll give a month notice.

Though my new company wanted me to rush a bit though. Anyway, thank you for the response 🙏
