Problem in transfer due manpower company

Hello everyone .
Please can anyone update for below my problem .
What is the procedure to take transfer if we are working in manpower company . I given my details to new employer he tried to submit my details & he got the notification error . Message like ( this employee have final exit) . The new employer send me pic of notification. Then I checked in to MOL and absher it's nothing like final exit sound I confused to much in MOL it's showing ( on the job ) & in absher visa type.( Nil)
so please can anyone give me update how to take transfer if we are working in manpower .is there any other procedure to take transfer .
