Query related to NOC

If the employer who is offering you the job "is demanding" the NOC from your old employer, then you have to provide the NOC. Simple.

However, if you are unable to provide the NOC, then speak with your new employer and see if there is any way to work around that demand.

Yeah. Same as me. They said news about NOC is not true. They still need it. Coz they cannot get new visa unless they show NOC in the visa office. They told me they will try to find way to get me so i an waiting for it. I already cancelled my visa to last employer and got experience certificate. But NOC they don't want to give me coz all company doing same. Companies don't want other companies to get their staff and ministry cannot do anything about it. I already talked to labor and ministry office. They said it's between company responsibility and not them. So if we cannot get NOC we have to wait 2 yrs to go back to Oman.
