Looking to move to belize in the future, wondering if there is anyone out there that has an internal pain pump installed and where do you get it refilled

Maybe contact St. Luke Hospital in Belmopan, or Medical Associates in Belize City. The latter has a good pharmacy.
Both have a website and Facebook page for contacts.
