Cancelling work contract

Check your contract - it should specify these things!
If a probation period is contractually agreed on (usually for six months after you start work), the employer can terminate you with two weeks notice and without giving a reason - both before you start work and during the probation period afterwards.
If not, they need to give at least a month (often three months or even longer - check your contract) notice and can terminate only for certain, valid reasons.
If they terminate you before you start work, you might be entitled for compensation for the damages you incurred - but you probably need to sue them for it (which is costly, time-consuming and with uncertain outcome).
Note: It is possible to rule out termination before start of work by stating so in the contract.

Thank you for the answer. I am aware of the probation period. And what happens after that. All those things are mentioned in the contract. I am concerned about the fact that the job will start in September it’s June right now. Are there any chances that the company might back out of the contract

If your contract does NOT rule out termination before start of work, then they CAN terminate you before September.
