Hello, has anyone recently received single permit from Brussels please share the application timeline with us
I got it work permit but still waiting for single permit

Does the work permit office share information with employees or only with employers?
How can we check the status of single permit any idea.

for residence permit, maybe you call the local commune of the city? I was a student in Belgium and the local commune was responsible for residence permit but usually it's a ticketing system for quires with a username based on your ID & not call-based info. Won't hurt to search for a number.

I made someone call as well. They completed 31 Aug yesterday. Now we should expect completions from the 1st week of Sept.

they call it a bridge day, because Thurs is holiday and then one day in between, so Friday gets considered as a Holiday. This happens only if there's a holiday on Thurs. I asked a Belgian.
I just found out that next monday is a holiday too.
“ Federal public services are also closed on 2 November, 15 November (King’s Feast) and 26 December.”

On Monday it's at a Federal level, so might not apply to regional, but will check.
I am impatient, bec NL already imposed restrictions. Don't want things to get out of control and we see ourselves another Travel Ban. Unlikely but possible.
@Synth88, please let us know if you get any update.
Update
Application date August 13
Work permit November 10
Residence permit waiting
bc2910 wrote:@Synth88, please let us know if you get any update.
Sure. Will update here if i get any news from my employer.
