Single Permit Processing time in 2021

Does anyone know if companies receive an email once the permit is ready or do they need to check on the platform which they submitted the single permit application?

They need to check platform for sure. Not sure if there is an alert or not.

I didn’t get any email but the employer got a letter about it and let me know today.

what does it means "Admissibility confirmation" is it social security email ?

No, it is not same with social security email. I got the social security mail on the same day with the application.

Admissibility letter just says that the package is complete and all necessary documents to start the process are there: “After checking the above application, I inform you that the file is complete and therefore admissible. we can therefore proceed to the substantive processing of your application.”

After this one is received, authorities have 120 days to give you a feedback about your single permit.

There are 3 stages in the single permit application - File Accepted/Admissible ==> Work Authorization ==> Resident Approval=Single Permit

My single permit application was submitted on 24th Sep. Anyone has any idea, by when I can expect Work & residence permit.

Mine was submitted on 10th Sep ( Social Security Mail Acknowledgement Mail Received) and my status is below :

1. Work Permit Authorization : Waiting
2. Single Permit : Waiting
3. Region : Flanders

My application was on 6th Sept and still waiting - Flanders. If you are Brussels, its only are matter of weeks. If Flanders, you can hibernate.

They asked for some info from the immigration consultant last Friday and then got approved yesterday, so kind of normal.. good luck for yours and the others!
