You have come to the right forum with lost of good advice on how to find and apply for jobs in Singapore. Read and follow as much of it as possible!
However, the hard job of convincing employers that you are the right one for them (and can perform better than similarly skilled locals, who must otherwise be hired first) is yours to do - nobody else can help you there.
