In that case, you should direct your inquiries to the Brazilian Embassy in Kuwait, which handles relations with Bahrain:

Without friends or family in Brazil, you're not going to be able to get an invitation letter. However, if you have a hotel reservation to cover you whole stay, you may not need one: see the requirements for a VIVIS visa at the link above. The Consular Section at the Kuwait City embassy should be able to clarify any other questions.
