Arusha vs. Moshi - which do you prefer?

I'm considering moving to one of these two locations and would like some feedback.

From my research, the two locations offer a considerably different lifestyle with Arusha being a busy city and Moshi being more slow paced and rural with good land for agriculture which is actually what I'm looking for.

Would appreciate your input, thanks.

both places are great! but since you prefer farming i would say moshi has an upper hand. The operation cost of farming plus living cost is much cheaper compared to arusha, but if you are looking for business opportunities and market I must say arusha is a place to go.
