Post new topic

the government has implemented restrictive measures to prevent the spread of Covid for Jave and Bali, effective from 3 to 20 July.
One of the most restrictive measures concerns the internal movements of air and land for which it is expected to have carried out at least the first dose of the vaccine
More restrictions also for restaurants in the red areas (listed in the link), which will only be able to carry out take-out and home deliveries.
All measurements at the link below.

Its very important ti know exactly wich are the restricted areas instead of moaning about the Mall and the supermarket, not all the Banjar advise that they are involved, but Police Is very active in controlling that everybody follow the rules.
About transportation, to travel between Java and Bali Is required at least the first jab of the vaccine, we are waiting for clarification about people who must travel from Bali to Java to take an International flight, it would be absurd dont let them go back home.
At least first jab Is also required for International travellers who flight ti Jakarta.
Its also absurd that the fiirst jab Is required also for kids under 18 yo, some families that are in quarantine now in Jakarta waiting to flight to Bali are been advised that they must vaccine the kids at the airport or they will not be allowed to proceed to Bali.

Someone in this forum talk of misinformation because I didnt write that to travel Is required also a swab test with the documentation of at least the first jab of vaccine,  its tidicoulos because im talking of the NEW RESTRICTIONS, the swab test was required also before.
Sometimes it feels like kindergarten, but its ok, i can survive this.

New International enter requirements were announced by the Head of the National Task Force and are being finalized by the relevant ministries:
all Internationals arrive must be FULLY vaccinated. Foreigner will not be permitted entry if they are not FULLY vaccinated. If Indonesian citizens cant be vaccinated before returning , they will be vaccinated after a negative test on arrival.
Before someone accuse me of misinformation, is required also a negative swab test and, of course, the 5 days quarantine!!!

Please be carefull, there Is a big misinformation in this forum about NEW RESTRICTIONS for International travellers.
The only source to be considered Is the official regulation       https://kemlu.go.id/madrid/en/news/1433 … -july-2021  and the last announcement by the Head of the National task force, all the various newspaper articles posted in this forum that didnt report official sources and out of dates info from some embassy are not relevant at all.
The situation Is very serious, there are no windows for specultions and fake news.

Sad to Say, but in Bali most of the Banjar (head of Village) decided to not follow the new restrictions, all warung are open and allow people to est inside, many beaches are open, or not controlled by pecalang, full of people for sunset with not respect for social distancing.
I understand that many locals live day by day and the government Is not supporting them yet, but the situation Is very serious now,, the only way to contain this new wave of contagious Is follow the rules.
To see the stars again!!!
