I'm a corporate banker with 7 years of experience in a multinational bank ,, I got an offer for a manager role in a Kuwaiti Islamic bank for KWD 1950 per month and KWD 250 accommodation allowance noting that I'm single and moving alone. ... would you consider that a good offer?

OMG,from my point of view this is a great offer if seen generally.in comparison to your current job, you should see if this offer is better or your current job.make note of the pros and cons of your current employer and this offer,the one which you find heavier.go with it.
