Poscha: What are your specific questions about the visa process and moving to Germany? I encourage you to read the existing forum posts - perhaps your issues were already addressed there! Also, if you want to meet or find friends in Germany, it would be good to mention where you are moving to - it's not a small country here.

One should also be aware that as a non-EU citizen you will need an appropriate visa and qualifications to say either, study do research or work. Having a German boyfriend doesn't help with visa status. Marrying a German can lead to a family reunion visa. There is no "boyfriend reunion visa".

A registered partnership is seen as equal to a marriage for visa purposes, if the country of origin recognises it. Does yours?

Registered partner status as opposed to marriage is usually for the situation for same sex partners coming from countries where official marriage is not allowed. It is seen as a binding commitment, like marriage, and not just a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship.

And as another has pointed out, a profile listing one as being 17 and a business woman is not credible. If one has the education and skills to line up a job in Germany and get a work visa then fine - but unlikely a 17/18 year old would have the qualifications.

And to propose a business start up usually needs a very credible business plan and capital investment to make it happen. There is no specific minimum amount for such a thing but one is usually talking hundreds of thousands if not millions of Euros.

We can give information here about how things work but one needs to start with a logical, legal pathway to immigrate rather than wishful thinking that one simply gets to come to Germany because they want to. Legitimately marrying or if you qualify to study and get a study visa sound like the most likely avenues.
