Hi

I just built a new house in Chott-Meriem. I'd like to rent it (long term lease) to expats living in Sousse region. here is a short description:
- 15min from Elkantaoui
- 250m from the sea
- 3 bed-rooms
- 2 bathrooms
- air condition + central heating system
- newly fitted kitchen
- excellent condition
