I am currently working in Dubai. I have seen more Quantity Surveyor job openings in Singapore Job sites. I would like to know whether employers in Singapore are hiring Foreign Nationals in this current situation.

And will I be able to secure a Quantity Surveyor job in Singapore without local experience.

Yes, expats are considered for roles if you possess relevant skills and experience to outbeat local talent pool. Apply, see if you get the righteous job, if you do, company will sponsor your work permit as appropriate

They are hiring, they would issue work pass but you cannot get entry approval as of now for traveling from dubai.
