Hi everyone, I need your advice.

My story is,
December 2018, I finished my Bachelor degree in Malaysia.
Feb 2019, I searched for a job here in SG and luckily found one.
May 2019, my first SPass was applied and got approved. That time, my employer did not declare my degree because my degree certificate has  not released yet by my school due to some clearance processes. So I need to request a verification letter from my university which confirming that i had completed the course requirements and will be given the qualification or cert.
May 2019, I started working here in SG.
August 2019, my degree certificate arrived.

Then now...
May 2021, I just got a job offer from a new company. Salary is $2,600/month.
July 12, 2021, my new potential employer applied for SPass.  When I asked the employer, they did not declared my degree cert.
Status is still pending until now.

My question is...
Do you think that if employer did not declare my educational certificate, will it create any issue in the approval?

There could be additional delay and request from MoM given the previous records will have the degree called out (if documents/ verification letter was shared earlier). Why can’t you request your employer to withdraw the application, edit and resubmit?

The employer does not want to mention your degree because this way they can get away with paying you less. S$2600/month is grossly underpaid for a degree holder with some work experience: The market norm is S$4500/month for a fresh graduate, and the minimum for S-Pass is S$2500/month for a holder of a technical certificate (1-year course) without experience.
Not declaring the full truth in an application will always cause problems, either now or in future applications (when you finally want to declare the truth).
I recommend you ask the employer to correct the missing information (and adjust the salary), or withdraw the application.
