ulgen, are you french or turkish, what do you mean by "we"?
fyi, it is not the case of we need or not, it is about int'l workforce law, there are many other occupations which cannot be performed by foreigners, it is also the matter of national security, confidentiality and interests.

no i just wrote, it is not about needs, there are laws.
you should not misinform, misadvise, mislead people.
what is the relation with canada now, i dont understand what you meant.
i checked yr other posts under several forum topics and you always talk quite bad stuff about my country, you should not do that too.
