Can i accept another offer after holding an IPA letter

I got an IPA latter from new company but I received a another good offer than previous.I'm with my notice period with current employer.

So is it a good idea to accept the new offer ?

You can but an offer doesn’t guarantee permit approval, so it is a risk you must be willing to take

You can very well accept , but the problem is that your later employer cannot process your EP until your previous IPA is cancelled

i can ask to withdraw IPA letter , but still my new employer can process with the EP ?

You don’t withdraw IPA, the employer that got you the IPA has to submit a cancellation request- once canceled, your new employer whose offer you keen on can apply for an EP.
